All parents are involved in the classrooms. Some become effective, ʻlead teachersʼ, others teach small groups or serve as assistants. Parents also help with administration and other practical areas like cleaning, as guest speakers, and on field trips, some are taking this school model out to other nations.
Wai’aha children have gone on to excel, equipped with a strong foundation as their learning journey has continued into a variety of public and private high school and tertiary educational settings.
