You can use this form to request U of N Kona Security to make a security badge for you. If granted, these badges will allow you to enter/exit the UofN Kona campus through the Hualalai Village pedestrian gate only. Cards are $10 each.

In the box below, please list all additional badges you are requesting. You do not need to include adult names, as that information has already been provided above.

Children's Badges

All children under 18 years of age must be listed in Salesforce as part of your household before a badge can be created.

By default, child badges are issued for children 12 years of age and older.

If you have children under 12 years old who are permitted to walk to campus on their own, they will also need a badge to access the Hualālai Village Pedestrian Gate.

Reminder: ALL BADGES will cost $10 each and can be picked up at the Gateway Office once you have been notified they are already.

Guest cards will be available for owners to assign to any guests that are visiting them. Up to 4 max per unit. Still cost $10 each. These guest badges will say "Smith Family Guest Badge 1" as an example.
