We do our best to host you with the best coffee on campus. You will have a great experience in a beautiful atmosphere of trust, peace and joy.

Our mission is to build up young servant leaders and life-giving spaces all over the world like the Banyan Tree Cafe Kona.
We create and facilitate places of welcoming and beauty—living room atmospheres filled with the Spirit of God.
Our Mission
We work to see people experience restoration, encouragement and joy. We train and equip our staff at our training facility and we promote leadership to serve people as we serve Jesus.
We are looking for:
full-time (35+hours) or part time (15-20 hours) staff members who have a passion for coffee shop ministry and a love for discipleship. Minimum one year requirement.

Minimum one year requirement.
Responsibilities:
– training
– managing shifts
– inventory management
– equipment maintenance as needed
Requirements:
– completion of DTS
– communication skills
– coffee shop management is a plus but not required
– have a passion for discipleship, we turn over a new group of people four times a year, discipling and training is a large part of the job.
– willingness to be teachable.
