SBS (School of Biblical Studies) is founded by Ron and Judy Smith in Kona in 1981. Throughout the time, SBS has multiplied around the world and now there are around 60 schools in the world. SBS Kona uses inductive Bible study methodology to study and teach the Bible for the Bible students, and the students experience the transformation of life through this Bible study. We believe that this inductive methodology is a good way to study the Scripture and also helps people to correctly comprehend the meaning of the text. Furthermore, this methodology will help Christians to teach the Word of God in a proper and deeper way. SBS Kona will continue to employ this methodology for more Christians to study and teach the Bible in order to transform their lives and the world. 성경연구학교(School of Biblical Studies)는 Ron과 Judy Smith에 의해 1981년 코나에서 개척되었습니다. 시간을 거쳐 성경연구학교는 세계 속으로 퍼져 나갔고, 현재 60여개의 학교가 운영 되고 있습니다. 코나 열방대학의 성경연구학교는 귀납적 방법을 통해 성경 전체를 연구하고 가르치는 학교이며, 이 성경 연구를 통해 학생들은 삶의 변화와 성장을 경험해 왔습니다. 우리는 귀납적 성경연구 방법이 말씀을 연구하기에 좋은 방법 가운데 하나라고 여기며, 성경 본문의 내용을 올바르게 이해할 수 있도록 돕는 방법이라 생각합니다. 또한 이 귀납적 성경연구 방법은 그리스도인들이 성경을 올바르고 깊이 있게 가르칠 수 있도록 돕는다고 여깁니다. 코나 성경연구학교는 이 방법을 계속 이용하여 더 많은 그리스도인들이 성경을 연구하고 가르치도록 도울 것이며, 이를 통해 그들의 삶과 세상이 변화될 수 있도록 돕는 사역들을 지속 해 나갈 것입니다.
