New Mailbox Application

The University of the Nations, Kona offers a Mailroom service for its active staff, ministries and departments. For staff, it is required to have a mailbox in order to receive mail on campus. There are two types of mailboxes:
 
- "Regular" mailboxes two (2) singles, one (1) married couple, or family with up to three (3) children
- "Large" mailboxes reserved for families with four (4) or more children, or those who receive an abundant amount of letter mail.

Mailbox Fees

Mailbox usage fees are assessed on 3-month cycles. These cycles do not correspond to campus 'academic quarters'. You may pay for 3-months, 6-months, or 12 months. Mailbox fees are currently:
 

• - Regular - $36 per 3-months
• - Large - $42 per 3-months
• - Mailbox Keys - $10 deposit per key

The $10 deposit for each mailbox key will be returned upon receipt of the original key (i.e once a mailbox is closed, or a user is removed).
 
Mailbox fees are non-refundable, and will not be pro-rated.
 
Mailboxes are subject to availability. Use this form to request a mailbox, and if approved the Mailroom will get in touch.

This lets us know who we'll be receiving mail for at this mailbox. If applicable, please provide your spouse & dependents. Also, if you have a nickname or name other than your legal name, please put it in parentheses, e.g. William (Billy) Smith.
