This privacy policy sets out how the University of the Nations, Kona (UofN Kona) uses and protects any information that you give UofN Kona when you use this website. UofN Kona is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. UofN Kona may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies solely to our online information-gathering and dissemination practices in connection with the UofN Kona Website and Systems.


UofN Kona collects two types of information about users of the UofN Kona Website and Systems: (1) Personally identifiable information: Certain services, such as the Request Information Form, to which you may gain access through the UofN Kona Website and Systems, may require you to provide personally identifiable information.
