Restricted Account Application Form

Restricted Accounts are to hold funds where a donor has given specific instructions for the use of those funds.

All requests for restricted accounts are subject to review. Accounts established must be consistent with the ministry purposes of YWAM UofN Kona / University of the Nations Kona.

You'll need the names and email addresses of at least TWO people who will be on the Restricted Account Committee, in order to apply.

A restricted account can have a maximum of FOUR signers on the Restricted Account Committee.
